What we can help with
- A file that will not open or download, or a purchase whose email never arrived. Send the order number if you have it and we will send the files straight to you.
- A refund. Fourteen days, no reason required, and we do not ask you to delete anything first. The full wording is under Refunds on the terms and licence page.
- An error in one of the state requirement pages. Point us at the statute and we will correct the entry, cite the correction, and reissue the pack to everyone who already owns it, at no charge.
- Licensing for a co-op or a group. One licence covers one household, so write before you buy eight of them and we will work out a price a group can actually pay.
- The free files, including coming off the list. One click in any email does it, and we will do it by hand if the link fails.
What we cannot help with
We do not give legal advice about your state's homeschool law, and we are not your lawyers. Every state page names its statute and links to the code so you can read it yourself, and your state department of education answers what we cannot.
We also do not tell families what to teach or when. That part is yours.
Who you are writing to
